Nathan W. Davis is a personal injury trial attorney focusing on wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice.  Nate brings insider knowledge to his personal injury practice, as he previously worked as a defense attorney for a large insurance defense firm, defending personal injury matters and researching insurance coverage disputes.  He later changed his practice to focus on helping people who have been injured through no fault of their own.  Prior to joining Rossiter & Boock, Nate tried a premises liability/slip and fall case to a jury, obtaining a $600,000.00 verdict for his client.

Nate received his undergraduate degree in 2011 from Missouri State University and received his law degree, with a concentration in Civil Litigation, in 2014 from Saint Louis University School of Law.  While in law school, Nate served as a staff editor and lead editor for the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy and volunteered for the Civil Litigation Clinic, where he participated in a trial of a real estate dispute.

Nate is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Courts of Eastern Missouri and Western Missouri.  He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
